- •Deposit is typically 30% of the total order value, with the balance due before shipment.
- •Flexible payment terms may be negotiated for long-term partners.
6. Quality & Warranty
- •Products shall meet the quality standards specified in the contract. Unless otherwise agreed, industry or OEM standards apply.
- •Warranty period ranges from 12 to 36 months from the shipment date (depending on product category), covering manufacturing defects.
- •Warranty claims require defect descriptions and photo/video evidence. Replacement or refund will be provided upon verification.
- •The following are not covered: improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage.
7. Shipping & Logistics
- •Delivery time is specified in the contract, typically 15-45 days (depending on product category and order quantity).
- •Shipping methods include sea freight, air freight, and courier, selected according to customer requirements.
- •Risk of goods during transit is borne by the buyer (under FOB/CIF terms, the buyer arranges insurance).
8. Intellectual Property
